Well, last night around 9:00 pm, we got a dusting of snow:
--maybe an inch but I'm not even sure it was that much. BUT, it was enough for the kids to wake up, scream and demand all their mittens so they could run out and do a bit of snowball-throwing and snowman-making.
Baby Joseph doesn't have any shoes with hard soles (Robeez only!), so this mean momma wouldn't let him out but his big brother kindly brought him a piece of snowy ice to examine in person. He was extremely grateful. :)
Only in Texas can it be 80 degrees and sunny on Saturday and below freezing and snowing on Monday....But, it is a good day when your kids have had a full hour of outdoor play and a good dose of homemade hot chocolate before 8 am! ;)
